Still haven't received Microsoft store coupon

I used my reward points to get a $10 off coupon. Its been 4 days and I haven't seen it in my email.

Gamestop Next Gen Upgrade for Call of Duty: Ghosts...

So I haven't received the coupon for the $50 store credit towards the next gen version of Ghosts, but I have for Assassin's Creed IV. They were both purchased on the same day. Has anybody else received their coupon for Ghosts yet?

Recently I used some reward points to get a coupon for $10 off the Microsoft Store. They said I would receive the code in 24 hours, but that was 4 days ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
