Still haven't received dark souls pre-order code

I might as well join the ranks of all who have yet to receive the code for the dark souls pre-order. I purchased on February 21,2016 and still haven't received a code, which was one of the main reasons I preordered so early. I'm just trying to figure out
if and when I will ever receive this code. :-(

Still waiting for the Dark Souls code...

I was told to post again if I haven't received my code for Dark Souls by March 4th. I still haven't received the code for pre-ordering Dark Souls 3.

Hi I ordered dark souls 3 on the store it said that I get dark souls 1 for free with in 7-10 days. I orderEd the game on the 17th of February and as of yet...still haven't received the code and it's the 2nd or March. .

Any information would be nice as to pre order it costs a lot of money
