    Hello! here is my earlier issue that I was having. A support team member posted this on my previous post:

    "Hello ,Apologies for the inconvenience. We have found an issue with your Call of Duty purchase, and are adjusting that purchase manually. You should see this offer complete shortly."

    However, the punchcard is still incomplete and I cannot redeem the reward points. It has been almost 10 hours since this was relayed to me. Sorry to clog up the board, I am just trying to get this fixed. Thank you. Below is my original issue if needed:

    I am seeking some help with receiving my reward points. I have successfully completed the punchcard for the pre-order mission that is supposed to reward 15,000 points. However, the third mark of the punchcard is still greyed out, despite the fact that I
    have pre-ordered three games off the list. All of these games have released and it has been well over 96 hours since release, yet still no reward points.

    Here are my recent pre-orders which all qualify for the offer:

    10/6/2017 Middle-earth™: Shadow of War™ Silver Edition

    10/16/2017 Assassin's Creed® Origins - DELUXE EDITION

    10/30/2017 Call of Duty®: WWII - Digital Deluxe

    Support will check on the punchcard offer (you did need 3 games in order to complete it and receive credits), but preorders are not eligible for VIP.

    Pre-order game injustice 2 ?

    For help with the Rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that the preorder would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer
    and receive credits. If you preordered the game before April 1, it would not count towards the current punchcard.

    Support will double check your purchases, but keep in mind that preorders only receive credits if they are part of a specific offer. Some of the games you listed did not have offers specifically for them and would have been part of Games on Demand punchcards.
    You would have only receive credits if you completed those punchcards.

    In order for support to check into your account, you would need to post In the support section of this forum.

    In order to receive credits for preorders, they have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time that you preorder.If you preordered Assassin's Creed on it after October1, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard.
    You would need 2 other eligible purchases in order to complete the offer and receive the credits. Destiny 2 was part of a previous punchcard and would have also required 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive the credits.
