Still Haven't Received $10 Credit for Preorder

I preordered Assassin's Creed Syndicate for the $10 credit and I still haven't received it. It's been 11 business days since I've received the game.

I Preordered Gears of War 4 with Paypal but Did Not Receive Xbox Credit

Hi, I pre-ordered Gears of War 4 with Paypal using this promo:

Pre-order Gears of War 4 with PayPal and get $10 in free Xbox Store credit

but I haven't received my $10 credit when it said I should receive it within 10 days. Can anyone help?

Just to clarify, did you pre-order a physical disc copy of Assassins's Creed Syndicate from the Microsoft Store?

If you preorder a game as a physical disc from microsoftstore.com you can receive a $10 gift code. If you are a rewards member, you will receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 code. The credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the
game shipped.

If you preordered Gears 4 digitally, it had to be preordered before October 1 in order to qualify for the credits. If you did, support will check into your credits and post back here.

Same here! I preordered well before the game came out and still haven't received my code for Windows 10! (Or Alan Wake for that matter.)

microsoftstore.com is giving out the $10 gift card on most of their preorders. As a rewards member, you should received the 15,000 credits instead of the $10 on up to 3 preorders. You wouldn't have to cancel anything to do so. So as long as you are still
getting the game from microsoftstore.com, you should receive the 15,000 credits.

The Rewards program is running an offer to receive 15,000 credits if you preorder a game from microsoftstore.com. So you would receive 15,000 credits instead of the $10 gift card from microsoftstore.com.
