its been a month and I still haven't got any of my credits put in and it still says update my account. Why did you mess with my account for and I'm not going to quit the program and start over, I want my credits

xbox rewards wont deposit

on 8/03 my rewards credit balance turned 5500. it did deposited to my xbox live account by 15th.

on 19/03 via VIp Vault i redemmed another 5000 reward credit, its still wont show up in reward balance and still those 5500 credits havent been deposited.

my reward credits were supposed to be deposited by the 15th november but still havent been. Why is that?

I'm waiting as well. It says it would deposit within 14 days of shipping.. I still haven't gotten my reward points. This system is so broke.
