Never got my code for the Neverwinter EXP Booster (Bought with rewards)

I'm still waiting on the email, it's been 7 days since the support reply

I have't gotten my code for the neverwinter EXP booster, claimed the reward quite a while but haven't gotten the code.

Sometimes there will be a delay in receiving the reward points, but you should still get them after a small delay

I still haven't gotten Fearless Femmes even though I've gotten multiple achievements. On different games.
