Still havent gotten my Gears of War collection codes.

3rd time posting, second time in support for the very same reasons as mentioned in title.

i've created a post in support regarding this situation days earlier, have met with a reply by a support member named Miss Bijoux saying:

"Hey there!

I sent you a message over Xbox Live.

Enjoy! "

However i havent gotten a single message or code in regards to the Gears of War collection promotion. I'll mention again that i purchased the limited edition crimson omen console with the ultimate edition game code over a month ago, activated it, finished
campaign and played online for several hours. still no code. contacted xbox support via chat, was asked to open a support forum via given link explaining my situation and they've also given me an interaction code: 1365472442. Did all that but nothing. Ive
met all the requirements being way over 18 years of age, have an active xbox live gold membership, played the game on both single and online modes that is required for the promotion to be met and live in a country with the games being supported as well as the
xbox live account set to the same region that is valid for the promotion. Im tired of having to jump through hoops and not get anywhere.

Please team xbox help me out here, wheres that GoW collection code im waiting on?

gears of war4

I purchased gears of war 4 on October 14 and have still not gotten the codes to redeem the gears of war collection

 

I haven't received Xbox 360 Gears of War Collection

Im in the same boat, I havent received my code for the gears of war collection either.

 

Also forgot to mention, my previous support post was locked after Miss Bijoux's reply so i couldnt further comment about this case still being unresolved. it wasn't resolved so why lock it? hence why i had to repost again here.

Apologies for the inconvenience! Is your Xbox Live message settings set to 'Friends only'? If so that may be why our messages didn't reach you. Please navigate to 'Communication & multiplayer' within the 'Privacy & online safety' settings on your Xbox One
console and set it to 'Everybody'.

Once that's done, shoot an Xbox Live message to me (by clicking the message icon below this post) so we can get a heads up and reach out quickly!
