    Hello The GrimSpecter,

    We see that you have been awarded correctly for your purchases. If you are asking about why you have not received a deposit, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be
    deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since the Credit event that placed you above the 5000 Credit amount required to be automatically scheduled for
    a deposit occurred on the 21st of May, your deposit will be a part of the mid-month deposit this June.

    I talked to em but they didn't help man, I bought it a few days ago I'm still confused. I'm getting kinda passed bc I spent money for.something I haven't even got I've checked the game there's nothing inside it that says gta+ I bought in the Microsoft store I need help with this soon or at least a refund, thanks for your time.

    we have still not received a solution from this other team. In the meanwhile, we will continue to attempt a deposit into your account so that when their fix is deployed, your deposit should complete successfully.
