Still have yet to receive my tokens for the xbox 360 collection for Gears of War

Hello I downloaded the Gears of War: Ultimate Collection game (after purchasing it on Dec 28th) and tried playing it. Xbox was having problems connecting during both attempts. Have yet to receive the codes for the xbox 360 collection that was promised
and wondering if the connection could have had something to do with the problem. Could you please resend them or provide me a way with downloading these games.

I've been told that the last wave came on Jan 8 yet I still have received nothing. I purchased the game for the promotion and I believe I am entitled to receive these codes.

Not received my back catalogue codes from the purchase of Gears 4

Upon purchasing Gears of War 4 Ultimate Edition, you are entitled to receive tokens for the Xbox 360 Gears of War collection which includes Xbox 360 titles Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Gears of War 3 and Gears of War: Judgment. Each title works as part
of the Xbox One Backward Compatibility program. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption.

I have been directed here by support,

I bought and played Gears of war ultimate edition as per

"The New Xbox One Experience launches November 12 and with it comes Backwards Compatibility for the complete collection of Gears of War games for Xbox 360. As previously confirmed we’ll be giving tokens for the collection to everyone who plays Gears
of War: Ultimate Edition on Xbox Live between August 25 and December 31, 2015"



but have yet to receive my codes, while having owned all gears games I no longer do as the 360s ability to chew disks was impressive, so now I am looking for clarification on what to do next.



Will I receive codes or am I out of luck for being brand loyal for the past 10 years? a bit dramatic but any help would be much appreciated.
