Still have yet to get my sea of thieves ebon flintlock pistol

i am speaking with a support agent as i posted this. i watched a solid few hours of the sea of thieves mixer event. it says IN MY NOTIFICATIONS that i have recieved the pistol. it says IN MY ORDERS on my account page that i have it redeemed. i have uninstalled
and REINSTALLED sea of thieves and i still dont have it in my posession. i think my code wasnt verified correctly or something. the agent that (as of 3:23 am where im located) am speaking with now has told me to post on here. and to give you the reference
number 1422895973.

please help me. i have been trying forever to get this thing
