Not preordering a digital game combo like this again.

Quantum Break pre-order bonuses have not been delivered

Also have not received my Quantum Break pc code or my Alan wake codes.

Where did you purchase Quantum Break? If you purchased from the Xbox Store, please send me a private message with a link to a screenshot of the purchase from the Microsoft Commerce page.
You can use OneDrive or any other popular image hosting website to send that screenshot. Keep in mind that you would have needed pre-order on or before April 4th 2016 to receive this offer.

Week later and still no response, even after i submitted clear pictures i bought the game at 9PM April 4th.
