Still have not received the promised Dark Souls 1 code with the Pre-Order of Dark Souls 3

Blah blah blah, it's been over 10 days since I bought it, blah blah blah. I get it, microsoft doesn't care. Obviously. If they did then this would have been resolved by now, but instead we'll just get the same workaround they've been giving us for weeks.
I'm just here to continue this pointless venture of blowing up their support forums in hopes that eventually they might actually get around to taking care of their problems sometime this century. Here's to hoping. (In before they post that they're working
to solve this issue/the issue has been resolved and the codes should be distributed by later this week. If not please make a new post if you haven't gotten them by the end of the week!) Yeah, I pretty much have the whole speech memorized by now.

No Dark Souls 1 Code

I pre ordered Dark Souls 3 and still have not received the code for Dark Souls 1. Today is Day 18 and I was promised the code within 7-10 days. Please help.
