Still have not received any of my Alan Wake codes and Windows 10 code

Hi. I preorder Quantum Break through Microsoft on April 4th. I have repeatedly checked my messages on my Xbox one and even my email, yet I still haven't received any of my alan wake mail codes and quantum break for Windows 10. Please help me!

Quantum Break, Still Waiting to Receive the Preorder codes

I Pre-Ordered Quantum break and have not received any of the codes. I Still have not Received the codes for Alan Wake, Alan Wake: American Nightmare and Quantum Break on Windows 10. I was told to post the issue here.

Hey there, Support is investigating the issue with users not receiving their pre-order content from pre-ordering Quantum Break. All eligible users will receive an Xbox Live message with further information.

As I can see on the related topic, codes should be sent some before the game launch, and others after the game launch.
