Still have not received Alan wake, American nightmare, or quantum break windows codes

this is bull... i feel duped i have never preordered a game and i only did so because of the free stuff. ive contacted xbox support and still no response. i just want my money back.

 

Nothing here too! thay are investigating....oh if only a coud see them while are "ivestigating"...they give us promotions but they can't handle it...wonderful...

 

So, our console is low in selling, what we have to do?

- Maybe we can give a cross buy for Quantum break...

- WOW it's a great Idea, i just know, only few of them will buy this game on pre-order in our store...

I've wasted hours with customer service and reported that it would be resolved here. I've also gotten no where with this either. I think refunds are in order!

 

The only reason i got Quantum Break digital is because they said if you pre-order you get it on windows 10 code this is joke, I haven't gotten Alan wake either its really frustrating with the crap microsoft has been pulling.

 

¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Who knows. I assume people are getting codes, but it's frustrating, feels like we've been singled out for no reason. Very frustrating. Only consolation for me is how much I enjoyed the game.

 

Haven't received american nightmare yet.

 

I have not received any codes and it's been over 2 weeks, Monday it will be three weeks. :-(

 

Unfortunately what is obvious is that the Microsoft support department has no clue and has been no help in resolving the redemption issue or the lack thereof.

However what is even more surprising or embarrassing for Microsoft is that NOT any of there leadership team members at Microsoft has issued any apologies, comments, or a project plan for the foreseeable resolution.

When customers start dropping their Xbox membership or purchases from the Microsoft store it will become a sinking ship and by then Microsoft will have sunk their own console.

 

In the same boat. Tried to tweet Remedy, went on the Remedy site and got directed to Xbox site. Went on Xbox site and that essentially directs to this thread. Which is great - at least now I know it's not just me - but where are my games?!

 

I called and did receive the refund 3 days ago. I am not saying this to flaunt it but to anyone who has tried but been refused, do not give up. I had played a whole 2% of the game at that point and did not really have the time plus, like the rest of you,
I pre ordered the game at full price because we would receive the other products as well.

Basically, I had never pre ordered a game before and had not payed full price for a game in at least a decade or more. I will probably not make the mistake of pre ordering again.

 

The ONLY reason I bought Quantum Break at full retail price was to get Alan Wake with it, and I still do not have the codes promised in "7-10" days. This is getting ridiculous. If this goes on for another week, I WILL get my refund.

Same here, have yet to receive a single code for any of the preorder bonuses. This was also a main reason why i chose to go digital over physical copy for this game. This entire situation is beyond unacceptable by microsoft/remedy. What is worse is that
i have even read that numerous customers have received double PC and alan wake codes.... At this point Microsoft really needs to give us a answer beyond the same generic response I have been reading this past week on these forums.

 

Its a scam to boost sales, contact the police.
