Still have not received a Windows 10 Code for Pre-ordering Quantum Break on Xbox One

The title explains it well, but I just got off the phone with Xbox Customer Support and they recommended I come to these forums as they did not yet have a solution for me and are leaving my ticket open. They did admit that I should have received my code
by now but could not determine why I have not.

The literature read "Preorder Quantum Break on your Xbox One or Xbox App store by April 4th, and receive a free Windows 10 key." Or something like that. Well I preordered the game (admittedly on the last day of that deal, so April 4th) and have had no clarification
of when I should expect to see a code in my inbox.

I know this sounds like a first world problem, but my intention has always been to play this game on PC, however, having the Xbox One version as well at no additional cost for potential cross-save purposes seemed super enticing. Currently, my Xbox One is
not set up and am currently not in a situation where I can do so. In other words, the $60 that I have paid for this game so far has gone wasted. Can someone PLEASE help me in correcting this issue.

Haven't Received Alan Wake Code for Preordering Quantum Break

I still haven't received my Alan Wake code for pre-ordering Quantum Break. I have received the American Nightmare code and the Quantum Break windows 10 code.

Can you help me out please?

The deal was ONLY if you pre-order a DIGITAL copy of Quantum Break for the Xbox One or you purchased the Xbox One Limited Edition. So, you have a CD version of the game, you don't get the PC version.

While you are indeed correct those are the qualifications necessary to receive the Windows 10 Key, you are VERY MUCH wrong in how I purchased my game. No where in my message did I state I purchased a physical copy of the game.

Maybe I should have been clearer. I preordered the game through the Xbox One App on Windows 10, which still falls within the realms of qualifications to receive this promotion.

Also, I think I should add, I still have not received my code. Seriously, what is going on? I am not getting any of the support I should for this issue.

Same here , not had my code as order on the 4th april ...which was last day for pre order.

Specially ordered the digital version for xbox one so i could get the free windows 10 version.

Whats going on as said codes being sent out as of the 15th april !!

I also preordered the digital version of Quantum Break through my Xbox One and I still haven't received any of the preorder bonuses promised, including a code for the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I contacted support and was told to post here about
it and was not given any kind of resolution for my problem. From what I can tell, the codes were supposed to be sent out starting in early April and it's been three weeks and still nothing.

Same situation here. I preordered the game digitally the afternoon of the 4th, and still no code. I sent a chat message to support, but I've heard nothing back yet. I hope this is fixed soon. The only reason I got it for Xbox One was so that I could get
the code.

I Pre-Ordered Quantum Break on April 4, 2016 and I have not yet received the codes for Alan Wake, DLC, American Nightmare, or the Windows 10 version of Quantum Break. I would like to receive these codes soon. Thank You.

Pre-ordering a code to redeem the digital version of Quantum Break through the Xbox Store before the launch of Quantum Break (which was April 5th, 2016) would have included the digital pre-order bonuses. However the disc version would not have been eligible.
