Still have a question about my rewards total

This is a follow up to my last question that got closed without letting me respond:

I guess I don't see the benefit of extra reward goals if they take away from my overall reward . I thought the simply rewarding offer was supposed to give me an "extra" 6000 points for spending $60 in the month reward on top of what I already earn monthly
for making purchases. My question was why did the total amount I spent not get calculated for the month like it normally would? I know I received 6000 points for spending $60 last month for simply rewarding. Why did that take away from my monthly total calculation
for the month? Seems like a waste to participate in other offers if they take away from what I normally would earn anyway.

Xbox Live Rewards

My Xbox Live Rewards account isn't depositing my points. Its been about a year and I now have a total of 1130 that I have not received.

Hi, I don´t rtecive my rewards, from xbox live rewards, I request 1000 credits, and say that send in 9 april 2014, but I don´t have any new about this, can you help me.

And my son have the same situation

Per the terms and conditions of the program, you can only be awarded for purchases once. So if you make a purchase and it is eligible for an offer on the site, it will generally automatically count towards that offer. Since you received credit for the purchase,
the purchase would no longer be eligible for the rebate since you already received credits.

What type of Rewards can I earn?In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP
Star Rank. To see current missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated
frequently!

To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

Since you chose to opt in to the Simply Rewarding offer, your purchases went towards that offer instead of MyVIP payback, up until you completed that offer. However, any MyVIP eligible purchases will still increase your MyVIP progress.

@ Miss Kleo, Yes I still need help. I still have not received any emails, or notification about my reward points. I have checked my rewards account as well. No Pending rewards or anything.

snap it states once you have reach a total of 5,000 each 5,000 will automatically be deposited at the 15th or 30th of each month i have 14,500 and mine same again was supposed to of been deposited by today yet america is 5 hrs ahead of uk gb yet still its
15th its almost 7pm and still nothing no sign of my reward points either let alone my points or vip rewards that i have not recieved since 2014 yup lived and raged and annoyed so can totally see where your coming from aswell id like to know when reward points
will be credited

We did a series of restocks over the last few months. Since the program is ending in your region, if you wish to spend your Gems in the Vault, you must use them on the current prizes in the Vault before the final transition to Microsoft Rewards.
