Still had gold

Well my xbox live Membership was cancelled due to auto renewal problems i still had two months apart from the year membership i cancelled and i would apreciate it if i could get the two months back on my xbox live account

I bought gold but nothing is happening

Well to start off I had bought a 3 months gold and for some reason it's still not letting me play online games. It even says I had purchased the 3 month gold but still nothing I still can't play online please help. Is there a reason why it's not giving
me the gold?

 

Wy payed for gold on x1. Multiplayer is free

They either had a free trial of Gold or there was an account that had Gold still and you pay for the Online multi player and Games with Gold and Deals with Gold thats all but it is worth it 100%

I have and they said they would email the codes but as it turns out that was two weeks ago

Normal delivery is within 4 to 6 weeks AFAIK.

You have talked with support so, why not give them a call for a delivery estimate????

I assume support told you to post here but, check your E-mail or have them call you back.

Twitter is also a quick way to get a response if you use it.
