Still getting rewards but balance isn't showing

Hi. I'm after some help with the Xbox rewards system. I'm still getting my rewards (thankfully) but they aren't tracking on the web site at all. It'll say zero points all month then I get a deposit of credits at the end anyway. Any idea how I can make my
points show up again, so I know how near I am to a deposit amount?

ghost recon deluxe 12000 points

I recently purchased the deluxe ghost recon wildlands from my xboxone dashboard but when I signed into my xboxlive rewards page the offer to receive the points is still active and I'm not showing 12000 points just the previous balance

I have not received MyVIP Gems for completing a monthly survey.

MyVIP gem balance is showing to be 2, but I have completed 2 monthly surveys. The faq says that you will earn 2 gems per survey you complete so the balance should be 4 gems. The faq said I should notify you within 15 days of the reward date. The reward
date was 10/10/17. Thank you.

You should be receiving your payback for December as pending shortly. We'll check if you can see this pending once we update the website with this information. However, I can confirm that aside from this possible issue, your account seems to be working as expected.

We were able to verify the brief appearance of pending Credits for your account. After fully reviewing your MyStatement, it looks like what is occurring is that you are only generating Credits from your monthly MyVIP payback. Since this payback is only placed
as pending shortly before the mid-month deposit, it is not visible for a very long time. While the Reward events are dated as the end of the previous month, this is only to show the last day of purchases we processed. Usually the events are only placed as
pending weeks after this day. Since your paybacks are usually above the 5000 required for an automated deposit, it looks like what's happening is that your payback is placed into your account, and then shortly after (1-5 days) it is deposited.

From our FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

You are in one showing a message from Xbox that's on the Thursday, and then you show a rewards credit added to your account, but that's not the same as the Xbox gift, all rewards balance appears as refunds, that's normal
