    Issue: My account has always encountered issues with depositing converted cash into my account. I have been dealing with this for more than 3 years with no resolution to my account. Is there any potential fix in sight, so that I will no
    longer encounter this issue moving forward?





    Cause of Problem from Prior Escalation Post (1yr ago Post):

    "Unfortunately, your account currently is experiencing an internal data issue that is preventing your deposit. Our deposit system is not correctly receiving data from your Microsoft Account, and cannot correctly determine your billable account to deposit
    into. The email you are receiving that is asking you to verify your information is a simple troubleshooting list for deposit issues. However, since this issue is being caused by how our databases are interacting, it is likely that your information is correct.
    This is a known issue."

    WorkAround:

    Creating a support forum post, which will then have someone use a recently developed tool that manually forces a deposit to my account.

    Hello BraunisEN,

    After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
    to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a database not under our control, we have escalated the problem, and it is currently being worked
    on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. To be clear, since this is an issue with how data is being sent from an internal source, adjusting your user information will likely not resolve
    this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Well this team hasn't contacted me in any way and its only due to friends that are constantly reminding me that there getting rewards that i bothered to check why my account isn't working.

    After a conversation with your online help who's only recommendation was to reboot the console ( even though this is a website problem viewing this on my laptop ) You don't have a clue whats going on.

    Please can someone look into this problem and fix it as there are thousands of outstanding points that im unable to claim due to this issue.

    At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. Again, to be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input, so adjusting your information will likely not solve this issue. Since the relevant
    data causing this issue is stored on a secured server, we must rely on this other team to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, we no longer have the ability to force deposits into user's accounts. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Unfortunately, we have not yet received a resolution for your deposit error, which we described on your last post at (https://forums.xbox.com/en-US/thread/38f75619-a68f-460c-954c-9ddda893fb60).
    At the current time, our other team is working on correcting this error for users, but has not provided us with an estimate on when this error will be resolved for all users affected. Apologies for the inconvenience.
