(still) Don't know why I'm banned

Was communication suspended for trash talking. 2 days after that, permanant ban for "harassment and threats". I didn't threaten anyone and couldn't have because of the ban. Now my account and gold subscription are gone without explanation. Anything I can
do?

usually you receive a mail or message. you can also go to enforcement.xbox.com to check your ban and see if you are eligible for a case review.

EDIT: I read that SOMETIMES a permanant ban (till year 9999) will only last as long as the first suspension (like 2 weeks) please tell me this is true.

For any information about your ban, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com

If you have been given a ban until 9999, it is permanent. You can try submitting a case review on the enforcement site, but if the enforcement team upholds their decision, you will not be unbanned.
