Still don't have the promised codes

I was promised the codes for the first 4 installments of Gears of war. That would be gears 1,2,3 and Judgement.

I was told that Id have it before 30 days after redeeming my code for Gears 4. I did get the codes for Gears 3 and Judgement but have not been given the codes for Gears 1 and 2. When I tried to contact xbox about it they said sure, I'll email you the codes.
Yeah, never got them. This is something very simple that has been so aggirvating that now I will see this through just because they annoyed me so much and tried to make it like it was my doing by telling me I didn't give them a correct email address and stuff
like that. I log in and get emails from xbox ok so that's not it.

Im getting really frustrated about this. Just admit that something went wrong and give me my codes please. Its been over 30 days, don't tell me to wait any more. Don't tell me that you emailed them when you didn't. I don't want excuses, I want an apology
and my codes. The customer service attached to buying the gears 4 console with the promotional stuff has been deplorable.

Im really kind of thinking that when I went away from xbox that I should not have come back. You have made my love of Gears of war tedious and aggrivating. Microsoft makes commitments and then fails to follow through. No one has been honest with me about
it. Something went wrong. That's fine. I understand that stuff goes wrong. Just be honest with me about it. Its not new content so it not programming that failed. Its microsoft/xbox.

Did Not Receive Early Access Overwatch Beta Permissions; No Access, Bonus Content or Friend Codes Received

Can't access the Beta early, as promised. Still waiting for the promised codes including "friend's early access code" and the promised "wealth of content for Overwatch and other games from Blizzard's universes."

A little disappointed in this mishap, but still really excited about the Overwatch experience.

It's currently been 10 days since I purchased this and I still have not received any of the codes that were promised to come with the pass :/

Hi discosrcher404. I hate to disappoint you but many have been waiting weeks for various QB codes to come through. Despite many promises we're still waiting. My advice is to contact MS directly but don't hold your breath for any meaningful response.

update still no code but did get call from another supervisor who said if previous supervisor promised something that was not on and would sort it himself.... yawn..two broken promises or lies or whatever
