Still Don't Have Account Privileges Back After Suspension Is Over!

I received an account suspension on 3/21/2017 that was to last two weeks. However, upon the date that this suspension should have been over (4/4/2017) my account did not receive its privileges back (using communication features like being able to talk to
people in a party chat, being able to hear them, sending messages, ect). The odd thing is that on the date in which the suspension was over I was once again allowed to play online multiplayer games again, just not all of the communications features I listed
above. For whatever reason I'm also not able to submit a case review on the Xbox Enforcement website. It's has now been a month since my suspension was supposed to be over and I'm beginning to lose hope, please help!

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is a violation of the code of conduct.

Sounds like you may have been issued a console privilege suspension which will affect all accounts on that console.

Console suspensions can not be appealed & should end when the suspension on your main account is over.

Using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on your main account is against the code of conduct so console privilege suspensions are issued to stop this.

 

Try removing the account from the console and then re downloading it to see if that clears the issue.
