Still doesn't work

Discus and support Still doesn't work in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I pre-ordered game, and season pass.     Still doesn't work


    I pre-ordered game, and season pass. I still can't get past the part where my character talks to trunks at the beginning. Nothing will work, any help out there?

    a lot of fed up users are posting, that the daily jigsaw still doesn't work. Why are you not able to fix this Problem???

    Hello, this has been an ongoing issue which I am sure you are aware of as is MIcrosoft/Xbox support staff. They have continually tried to address it and still do i am sure. best thing you can do is submit bug reports at support.xbox.com

  4. Still doesn't work

    With the pre-order version (Black cover) seems to have issues. If you goto manage game it may show two versions available to download along with all available DLC. Delete the black cover version and install the Normal version which should be an Orange cover.
    That may fix the issue, if not delete the game and re-download it. If that still does not fix the problems you're having try the game developer site for other troubleshoot solutions.

  6. Try Clearing the cache on your console.

    1.Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely.

    2.Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console.

    3.Press the power button on the console three or four times. This will ensure that any remaining power in the battery is drained, clearing the cache on the console.

    4.Plug the power cable back into the console.

    5.Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.

    6.Turn on the console using the power button.

    If that still doesn't fix the problem the download may be corrupted. Just delete the game and reinstall the game.

    Still doesn't work

    I get to where I talk to trunks but i can't do anything. Incan talk to characters in game but they never respond I mean am I missing something simple. I can't do any offline stuff either l.

The crashing or freezing of a certain game/apps is generally related to the network which is why I will provide you with the official link to all the troubleshooting steps that can help sort this out for you. Before going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the link I was referring to, I would like you to go through the following steps to clear your Mac address and perform a quick power cycle:

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

    After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

    In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

    Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

    It still doesn't hurt to test it and if it doesn't work, turn it back on. If you're wired into the device with the computer, it doesn't matter if your internet doesn't work because you can still access the device.

    There is only one thing that can be done and that is to send it in for a repair. It must have some kind of a hardware problem that is making it act up. As you have had it for less than a month you should still have an active warranty. Contact xbox support and send it in for a repair for free.
