Still disconnecting before and during games - this is frustrating

As per 2 days ago the system is still crashing and costing me tickets, keys, power ups and coins. From all the Chat and postings I'm assuming this is a worldwide problem and that only a few are venting their anger and frustrations.

Having read some of your replies to other users I hope these details may help.

I am in New Zealand using XBox through Microsoft Windows 10 on a desktop computer with heaps of space and nothing else (just operating system) running in the background so space/conflict of use shouldn't be an issue. I am not on an XBox gaming device per
se.

I have been having trouble just initially connecting to the Bingo Server (can take 5 attempts plus), once in some games are fine others I get the 'Connection message' and then the 'trying to connect you to the Bingo server' message before the game - during
the game and after the game. While playing the game, if this happens, I keep pushing the 'try again' button again this can take over 5 attempts and then of course the game is finished - with bingos power ups and the power card down the drain. Hence my frustration
as I play 5 cards in Silver - this is costing me. It doesn't seem to matter what card I'm playing eg France,USA, Mexico, or today Australia they all keep crashing.

I also play Mahjong, Jigsaw and Solitaire (including the new Events) the same way everyday but have no problems with them.

Re Troubleshooting - no I haven't done any - also how do I access Casual Games FAQ ? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

The system has been working fine recently - the Chat sugests that new updates may have been installed - is this the problem? Have they affected other updates done recently - I was a programmer back in the 80's and we had problems when 2 updates were being
worked on simultaneously and one new update went in without the changes the other one had fixed previously. Just a random thought.

Keep getting disconnected randomly

Nope, still disconnecting! So frustrating.

 

Elite controller Wired keeps disconnecting During Halo game.

My elite controller LITERALLY keeps disconnecting every second and a half during and after a match in the menus. I am using it wired with no batteries SO IT SHOULD NOT do this. Please help ive been trying all morning. This is very frustrating and makes it
impossible to play multiplayer.

HERE and let us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.
