Still didn't receive free game (Forza Horizon 2 for gamerscore discount code)

(because it would have been too much work to move the post yourselves and help instead of telling customers who look for help that they are doing something wrong ... just read on to see how you love to redirect people instead of help them)

Microsoft promised (it even had terms of service etc.) to gift me Forza Horizon 2 for sharing my discount code for an Xbox One in Germany based on my gamerscore.

I never received the game and lots of others didn't either. First, you told us to wait (although the terms had delivery dates for the rewards). Then Xbox "chat support" told people to call Microsoft. Microsoft's "support" on phone told people to post it
on the forums. On the forums you told people to call Microsoft support. Well done.

So this is my last attempt at getting the free game that you owe me. Don't get at me with excuses or arguments like it was a regional promotion and I should ask MS Germany. I and others did. And there is no German support forums after all. If you think you
know how to help me, simply forward this issue yourself to whoever is responsible or able to sort it and actually help instead of wasting my time as a thank you for getting you new customers.

(this has happened the year before with a free download of Ori as well by the way)

If you fail to fulfill what was written in the terms of service of the gamerscore reward (again: Forza Horizon 2 for free), this was the last time I helped Xbox grow. No more sharing of codes, no nice words about the console, LIVE and the support (which
was great back in the day, 5+ years ago you actually helped us a few times). I will just treat MS like MS is treating me.

Yes, I am angry but professional support should be able to handle that. Also, you had the chance, multiple times, not once, not twice, way more.
