Rewards cash not depositing

I was told my rewards points would be converted into cash on the 15th of june when I ordered on May 28th, it is the 15th and I still haven't recieved the money

Pending credits didn't deposit?

I know that credits normally deposit on the 15th & the 30th of the month,I'm wondering why I still have 22000 credits pending after the 15th of may?

Also the "request deposit" button has disappeared leaving me without an option to deposit my credits,I wouldn't worry normally but the xbl rewards is changing next month and I'm thinking it may effect my credits.

We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount was beneath this amount, it was not scheduled until recently. Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits
pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, since your Credits that put you above 5000 Credits and scheduled
you automatically for a deposit occurred earlier this month, you will receive your deposit in the end of month deposit cycle.

For future reference, if you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

any way to get destiny transferred after the fifteenth of jan. 15th. dissappointed i didnt know the deadline was then.

Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited
by the 15th of the next month.

The program will still be making a deposit in June for anyone who earned credits during the end of May since that is when they would normally be scheduled for deposit.
