Still communication banned!

my temporary suspension ended earlier today and I can now play games on Xbox live but my account is still communication banned. I don't understand why as it didn't state it would be in the permanent suspension section. Can someone help?

My account was banned for life.

im communication banned but it doesnt sau a date. i was also banned from playing online and that suspension passed already but im still communication banned.

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

 

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart of the console, and then re-add the account to see if that clears up the issue.

 

I tried it and now my account won't come back on my xbox

 

I can now sign in but my account is still communication banned
