Still communication banned after my suspension is over

I've been waiting for two weeks to play Rainbow 6 with my friends after I was wrongfully suspended from xbox live. Now, I cant do that because my console is communication banned. I have already hard reset my console.

My account still banned after suspension was over

Hi so my name is Sam and I’m 14 years old and my xbox live account got suspended for 2 weeks and was supposed to be over last night at 8:05 and for some reason it still says that’s I’m banned. Right after I got banned for an innopropriet gamerpic, I dedided
to go on a separate account and 1 or 2 days later, all my secondary accounts were banned. I checked and my reputation was fine and it didn’t day that I was still banned. I’m very worried about this and I hope a somebody can help me. I can’t play at online
or talk to friends. When I went went back on it said I was suspended for less things as soon as the ban as over. So basically I’m still banned can somebody help me on this?!?

Need Assistance

So i have recieved a communication ban im aware as to why i happen to let my relatives use my account and they send rediculous messages to random people behind my back and of course i have banned them from using the xbox it gave
me a 2 week communication suspension, which is completely understandable, but for some odd reason after the suspension date im still communication banned i am just really frustrated with this whole thing i just need the issue resolved. (My number is

If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
the account.

We're unable to assist with Enforcement related inquiries, including Reputation, here on the Xbox Support forums. The
primary place for further information will be the Xbox Enforcement page
while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
Contact Us page to inquire
if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

sorry to say if you got a perm ban for too many communication suspensions they ran out of chances for you. after multiple suspensions they just feel you are not allowed on the service anymore, thus the perm ban there is no appeal for perm bans you will
just have to start over and refrain from what you did to get those communication suspensions on the new account, good luck.

Hello DandyGecko75594, in such cases Enforncement which is responsible for bans and suspensions, if your suspension is over but is still still suspended, may not have updated in their system or some kind of bug.

The ideal would be to wait some more time and if the suspension continues to make a new appeal on the Enformcement website.
