Still chat banned after serving two week sentence.

I was banned on August 21, for retaliation against someone who was harassing me for sex. I served my sentence and I am still unable to chat. From what I understand many have this issue and nothing is being done. Something illegal has to be going on here.
We pay for these services , of sentences are given serve our time and get thrown in "Xbox jail" double jeopardy? Is This germany 1945

Still banned after serving my ban

I have recently been banned for something that haven't done but no only have i had to serve the two weeks i have come back expecting to play and now i'm still banned and its says i'm not i not very happy with how i have been treated by Xbox and i would like
to know how i can fix this mess that has been caused, i want to know how to fix this and use xbox live again becuase i have served my two weeks.

Still Not able to talk and message after 2 week chat ban

I was recently banned for two weeks and still around 24 hours after it says it ended I still cannot use part chat or send messages. if someone could fix this or explain whats happening that would be awesome.

update I called Xbox and i was told my sentence was extended untill November. And I can not do a thing. Since I served my time like a good Xbox citizen I cannot apply for a review. No one even emailed me letting me know my time was extended! Still nothing
from enforcement. So unprofessional. To say the least

However that the point of the ea ban once you are banned you must serve your sentence or start over if permanent

"If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding the account."

This method did not work and I'm still unable to communicate. I've already served my two week temporary ban so why am I still banned? This is ridiculous. I want Enforcement teams number.

Has it worked for you guys? I have been banned for 24 hours and although it's been a few hours after my ban is over my party chat still isn't working. So it would be nice if there was a fix for this. I have hard reset and toggled between the privacy settings
many times and both of those have not worked. It's really annoying I've served my time why am I still banned.

Quick question, when you try to go to a party does it say anything about being suspended? What made you check the enforcement site? Did you have a suspension previously?
