Still charging me membership months after cancelling

Can I ask that even though I cancelled my membership in march and disputing payments through paypal you persist on still charging me a memerbship fee?

Hey there howardkoo.

If you paid for four months and and cancelled after using some of the time, you would still be given the three remaining months. Cancelling your Xbox Live membership doesn't refund what's already been paid for, it only cancels future recurring payments.

Charged twice for renewing Xbox live

Hi,

The other day it was suggested to me on the dashboard that I renew my Xbox membership as it would have ran out in April. When clicking on the prompt it brought up a payment option like normal but never actually showed how long I would be renewing my membership
for.

After paying for this and then finding out that it was only a month, I then went onto the website and cancelled the subscription. After cancelling this I then re-subscribed but using a year long payment.

Microsoft has charged me for both of these and I’d like to know if I can get a refund on the month I paid for, as it didn’t give me an option for what I purchased the first time and then charged me for both after cancelling the months payment.

But i want to cancel i dont have money to pay for this new month they are charging me for why does it not auto cancel when payment fails? I refuse to pay for it cause im not gonna use it and want to cancel my membership completely

Usually Xbox memberships charge you for the next month a few days before it expires, unless cancelled.

The thing is your gold gets canceled on the permanent suspension

If you are trying to cancel/refund the membership

You can't

You forfeited it by being suspended permanently

Unless you are still receiving charges after you were permanentlu suspended then you can cancel it but for stacked time you cant cancel as it would've been forfeited it

And prepaid membership codes CANT BE rrfunded
