    Still can't talk after I got banned for something I didn't do


    I got banned for sending a message back to someone who got their feelings but because they lost in 2k. It has been a month since the ban should have been lifted & im still not able to talk. The ban was only for 2 weeks. I've tried contact support on forums
    & trouble shooting can support please help

    I got banned for something I didn't do

    I got an Xbox multiplayer ban for something I didn't do at all... is there anyway I can't get my account unbanned?

    Xbox Support and the Support Forums do not handle suspension-related issues.

    All of those matters are dealt exclusively with Xbox Enforcement on their website here:

    should.be noted that it could've been for an previous offence and it was still in investigations when the first was issued

    Being banned doesn't make you immune from further punishment
