    i was suspended 3 weeks ago for 1 week and i still cant talk please fix this btw on the enforcement site in my case review it sais decision upheld maybe something to do with this.?

    I still can't communicate after my suspension

    I was suspended for 2 weeks and after my days of suspension I still can't send messages, talk in parties, and etc.

    I have waited off my 2 week ban and after 2 days off the date I still can't talk to my Friends and send messages

    No no no you alredy told me that 2 weeks ago and they didn't do anything so is it too much to ask from them to go to the enforcement case review of my account and fix it?

    This Xbox Live account was given a one week communication suspension for verbal abuse towards other players. Upon review of this case, the suspension was found to be warranted.

    While the violation may not have occurred at the time of playing, players may be enforced upon at any time for past offenses.

    Xbox Live is designed to be enjoyed by everyone, and no one should ever have to feel unsafe or threatened on the service. Every gamer should feel welcome, and that experience cannot be achieved if players are permitted to harass and abuse others. Can someone
    explain to me if Im permantently banned because I have served two weeks and another week and I can hear people in the party but they cant hear me and its the same with game chat

    onyx62is well its hard not to be frustrated over this. something as simple as voice communication cant be fixed in over a month. its like there is no effort what so ever being put in to fix this.

    Your frustration over this is completely understandable. Have you tried the steps listed at the link below regarding the chat issues?

    When you preform step 2 try holding the power button at the same time as you unplug and keep holding it until it stops flashing. That may clear the data enough to clear the chat issues.

    I'm not promising anything but it's worth a shot.
