Still can't sign in.

Still can't sign in, and only get told to sit and wait. There are plenty of players out there that know a lot about electronics. I know some others know more and some know nothing. The way I see it if xbox or Microsoft would give out information on what
went wrong and some moderators knew a good idea from responses then we might be able to cut back on how often and how long xbox live is down.

BUUUUTTTTTT no information is ever given and we are pretty much told to shut up and wait. We (xbox and Microsoft) got our best people working on it (whatever they messed up) on their breaks when they feel like it.

One more thing where is the compensation in all this. I mean we the gamers have paid for a service and you have given us a day here or there but not every time you have gone down for no reason you are willing to tell us the people who paid for your service.

Can't sign in....

I believe the problem is that since you signed up on a PC, trying to sign up again on your Xbox fails because your trying to sign up using the same e-mail you already are using. Try "Recovering your Gamertag" to your console using your e-mail address and
password and see if that works. Included below is a link about how to "Recover your Gamertag."
