    Still cant refund Cyberpunk 2077


    I have requested a refund, it was denied. I got a message later that said if I still wanted to refund, I just needed to respond to the emails, which I did, still didnt work. I went to the Site to do the whole process over but it wont let me Request a refund
    for the same game. I cannot Find a way to contact xbox about this because All links i find just lead me to the same page, instead of allowing me to talk to some one directly.

    I dont know what else I can do except call microsoft and lie till i can talk to someone about the issue.

    If you paid money for the pre-order of cyberpunk i would contact xbox or microsoft support for billing and purchases they will be able to look into it for you and peovide you with more concrete information and support.

    that being said, i am unsure if when you pre-order a game on xbox the money is taken out imediately or if the money is automatically taken out upon the games release. if the latter is the case this would explain why money hasnt gone back into your account.
    But do contact the support team for more information.
