Still cant receive my dragon coins un trove from the Xbox rewards

We do not see any posts for this gamertag. As mentioned in the stickies on our forums, the Support type for the Xbox Live Rewards Questions forum is the only place to reach us for support. As was mentioned in the offer FAQ while the offer was available,
all codes can be found on the FREEdom Rewards redemption page (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/redemption-codes/). We do not email the codes to your account.

It sounds like you are asking about the current Trove offer that Rewards play time with dragon coin tokens. This coin tokens must be redeemed manually; they are not automatically added to your account in game. On the FREEdom Rewards page, in the Trove section
there will be a button to go to this redemption page...or you could just use this link to get there (https://rewards.xbox.com/freedom-rewards/redemption-codes/#=trove)!

How does this offer work?

Select Xbox Live Rewards members can earn a special Reward of 10 Dragon Coins (ARV: $1.00) during the offer period for playing the Free to Play title Trove. To earn your Reward, you must first download the game from the Xbox Store if you haven't already,
and play for 30 minutes. You can earn up to 50 Dragon Coins (ARV: $5.00) per week of the promotion for a maximum of 300 Dragon Coins (ARV: $30.00) overall.

All actions must be completed between May 1, 2017 00:01 UTC and June 15, 2017 23:59 UTC. Please visit
http://www.worldtimeserver.com or another world time database to determine local time.

Since you have not yet received tokens from this week or next week, that is 100 of 300 tokens you have not yet received, so your 200 token amount is accurate. Note that as stated in the FAQ, you can only receive up to 50 a week, and that it can take up to
96 hours for us to process new activity.

It takes us up to 96 hours to process new activity. We try to alert new members to this processing time via the message that appears after registering that mentions a 48 hour processing time to become a member. You should also have received an email to your
current billing email address informing you of a slight delay. Since you have not yet been registered as a member, we can not yet Reward you. Once your registration has been processed, you should start seeing proper rewards for your activity since starting
your registration (May 7th).

When you redeem your code on the Microsoft Redemption page by following the link located on the Trove page, the coins will automatically be added to the account associated with that Microsoft Account (the Jenna2784 gamertag).
