    Still can't play store purchased games


    Hey guys, for the 3rd day now I'm unable to load up any games which I've purchased on the xbl store. I'm unable to join or invite to parties and I can't even connect to Netflix. I was chatting online to an xbox support employee last night and after about
    half an hour of doing certain checks they came to the conclusion that it was a problem on Xbox`s side. The thing is nobody on my friends list has any issues and I can't find any posts online with people having the Same issue... anyone having these problems
    or got any idea what's going on please?

    try clearing the cache of the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

    Sorry for the inconvenience. For whatever reason this game either for Xbox One or 360 is no longer available for purchase from our Xbox store. The game is still available to play but must be purchased from a third party store.
