    Still cant login to account


    I removed my account off of my xbox thinking that was the problem earlier today when you were experiencing difficulties with the login. When i try to login in now or add my account back, the screen appears however the keyboard containing letters and numbers
    to type in my email address and pass does not. I cannot type my email in the redownload my account because there isnt keyboard. Ive already restarted my console etc mentioned in the patch.Any help is much appreciated.

    Quite often a hard reset will fix this problem, simply keep your finger on the power button continuously for 8-10 seconds (until it goes off) Then restart the Xbox One.

    Also if you have Xbox one smartglass (free download on Android or Apple apps store) you can use that as a keyboard, may help you get past the issue you are having.
