    Still can't log into account


    Hello. It has been a couple days since I spoke with someone on live chat. They were looking to try to recover my account and I still haven't gotten a response. The main reason I am upset is because I pay for Xbox Live and the fact that I am not able to
    use it does not make me happy. The issue I had was that my account got comprised and when I tried to reset my password, I did not receive an email that gave me a code. I do not want to put any personal information on here, but I was hoping someone could contact
    me and try to help me get my account back, because I am unhappy I cannot play Xbox with my friends. I have a service request number if you need it, but I just want some more information as to why my account cannot be recovered. Please let me know ASAP.

    as you have a service request number, I would advise you to reply to the email you got from Support for an update on the situation.

    If you reported this to xbox live support just wait for their answer. Takes a while for an investigation will be carried out under the account in question.

    I'm having a similar issue I can not connect to xbox live profile when I click my profile to get online so I can get to all my games and movies I just keeps loading and nothing happens I can play offline only that's the only way I can get my profile I tried
    unplugging my router and resetting my xbox still same problem I can't get online with my profile I just signed up for another year a month ago so it's not that I don't know what to do it's not like I can get someone on the phone

    Maybe problem in Xbox Live service status, maybe BAN. If you have any difficult problem with log in to your MS account. Write on Technical support chat, because they can want secret info your account information.
