Still Can't even sign in on Xbox one

During the night I received a text from Microsoft saying that the xbox live issues had been resolved. After a full, very frustrating day spent yesterday trying to set up my new xbox with no luck, I was excited to wake up this morning and get it going.
Now when I try to sign in it takes me to the page that says to agree to the terms. I press the button, and nothing. I press the button, and nothing. This repeated over and over and the thing will not go past that point. I had a very old account that had
been set up back when the Zune was brand new, if you can believe that. Yesterday I verified the email address and added a phone number, which apparently did not do the trick. What is going on, please help?

My xbox one can't sign in

Even I remove my current account, I still can't sign in my Xbox one. Any help please.... urgent!!!

Same stupid problem... I can't even sign in on my xbox one...

 

I noticed they were down today again also. Personally I think Microsoft owes their customers an extended subscription time for this.

Also I wanted to purchase the Dragons Age Inquisition game yesterday when it was on sale, but couldn't because their servers were down most all of the day. Now the game is jacked back up to its retail price.

Their game sales also need to clearly state the day the sale ends, not say nothing about when the sale ends. I am only posting there here because I have yet to figure out how to even post a thread.

 

Dragon Age was NOT on sale yesterday. NBA 2K15 was. The games are part of the countdown to 2015 and ALL games are listed as available for ONE day only. Even with the servers down all games for sale could be bought from the store at the sale price, they just
couldn't be downloaded.

 

@jay - why would anyone buy a game they can't play right away, regardless of sale? The sale should be extended and we should be given a good faith compensation from Microsoft. I'm hoping this will be coming - it's the right thing to do.
