Still Can't Download Witcher 2

I have a Xbox gold membership and I have made sure it hasn't run out or anything like that and I purchased my xbox in The U.S. so it isn't the region isn't right, but I try to download witcher 2 for the new gold game and it starts, but then before getting
any percentage done downloading it immediately says witcher 2 can't be downloaded and deletes out of the active downloads page. I have tried re-downloading it multiple times and it results in the same. This seems like a pretty good game and i would like to
download it, so I am asking for help on what to do

Yes, I would like to know why I can't download this game too, I'm from Brazil but the xbox is from USA, I have my xbox since 2011 and I think it is a little bit of a disrespect with us consumers who pay for the xbox live gold and every now and then have
a problem like this, I tried and tried but nothing happened, it is corrupted or something? I would like to call the supporters attention to this problem since it's not just me who is having this problem, thank, and sorry for my bad english.

For the best experience with Xbox live your physical region has to match your account region

 

Are you queuing it from the website that would be why

If you try from the console you would get the region lock error

Using a VPN or the website to bypass the issue doesnt work

As you aren't actually in the us you aren't an us user

You actually have to be in the us

 

Using a friend to queue it won't work since you actually aren't in the us

Most games for gold require a matching region and in some cases the same regional console

With most triple a titles you have to have a matching region

 

No Its not a region thing. I bought my xbox in the U.S. and I live in the U.S. so it definately shouldnt be a region thing. Is there a way I can see where my xbox was originally from because i did buy it from a pawn shop but I still don't think thats the

delete your profile and clear system cach 3 times the download your profile and try to download Wicher 2 again

I am having the same problem. I go to download The Witcher 2 and it goes into the active downloads. Then it will pop up saying The Witcher 2 can't be downloaded. I've cleared my system cache, deleted the marketplace file, recovered my profile and still can't
download the game. It shows up in my download history but never gets downloaded. Never had this problem ever before.
