  1. Still can't deposit rewards...


    I've posted about this issue more than once this year and have continued being told a fix is in the works. In about a month it will have been 2 years since I've been able to deposit. Please assist in getting this fixed. I've already missed out on being
    able to utilize credits during the Holiday release schedule which I voiced concern about months ago. Beyond frustrated with lack of a solution.

    Can t deposit on my BR account

    The rewards still cant be deposited, I change my info adress , and my account and my rewards is on Brasil , WHy can't rewards deposit like always had deposit. Stop creating problems to don't give the rewards that I earned.

    We're sorry to hear about your frustrations with the program. We'll take your sentiment and feedback and provide it to the appropriate team. Unfortunately, since we have no control over the database causing this deposit issue, we are dependent on the team
    tasked to this issue to resolve the problem. While we are researching possible alternatives we can utilize while we wait for a deployment of any resolution, we have not yet been told of a concrete date for their fix.

    Pending credits since 2015

    For some reason I can't reply on the other post. I have tried the offered solution some time ago and it failed. I did however read that all pending credit would be deposited when the Xbox rewards program changes in to the Microsoft rewards. Will that fix
    this issue or will it still not be able to deposit?

    There was a rewards deposit on the 8th and a lot of people are still having issues getting rewards credits deposited so they are getting those emails. The OP is mistaken that they are points though.

    There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize
    for the inconvenience.

    This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team since we are not able to fully access the database containing billable account information. We believe that it may have to do with users who have multiple payment accounts, but have not heard
    a specific cause from our other team. At the moment, we have not received an estimate on when this problem will be resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    Regarding your Gems, Gems were only created in October. It is not possible to reward activity done before they existed.
