    Still can't connect to Xbox live


    ok here I go creating my own post so that some Microsoft employee/stooge can tell me that they are very sorry and have you tried this...... Or this......or any other of a million things on my end that have not changed. The problem is at microsofts end. Please
    fix it and send frequent update while doing so.

    and just little hint - this is probably not the best time to be sending out subscription renewal notices......

    Hey there Brownwoolf09!

    Sorry to hear about the connection issues. Could post back with more information regarding the issue? Any error codes and troubleshooting steps you have tried will help us narrow down the issue. Also, please post back with the brands of your router and modem
    along with their model numbers. That will help us a lot!
