Still can't communicate with people they don't hear me after 24 hours ban is finished

After answer from moderator, try fresh reboot 2 times not working, try everything i can find, since you ban me my console is not working well. My net type is open,i reboot my controller with mic,i am not on mute,vocal message can be hear,but not my
voice in the group, check everything boot my internet modem,i try 20 things but i am still blocked. i will officially put a consumer law complain. I will communicate with my lawler to know what i can do about this because now the 24 hours is done, but you
infected my xbox profile,so what you will do for me, for have my full application options and communication back. I am more than mad, this is illegal.You dammage my profile and material. I will not let go, this is a new forza 6 xbox one console 550 dollars,all
my game and gold are in this profile ... and can't speak to people now because of your action. Fix this kind of problem microsoft because thousands of people experience that,easy to find on internet, and still after lot of time.

Account unbanned but still can't communicate

Yesterday i got banned from all communication for 24 hours

I could still hear people talk i just couldn't answer

Now that my ban is meant to be finished today (17:38 uk time)

I can't hear anyone talk and they can't hear me

My headset has been tested on another account to see if it's faulty and it isn't.

Have also been on chat with an xbox live support person and done the trouble shooting steps.. still no look

 

People cant hear me in Party/Game chat after weeks suspension. HELP!!

Hi. I have just finished my week ban last night for inappropriate behaviour on xbox chat and messages. My ban is now finished. I can now send and receive messages and hear people in the party chat, the problem is they cannot hear me... Looking into this
it seems to be a common problem. Been trying to get in touch with someone for 24 hours now and had no luck. Can someone please fix this problem ASAP. I understand i got the ban but the ban is now lifted so i expect my services that i pay for to be working
properly. please help ASAP! Thank you in advance. My gamer tag is

in this case it would be best to speak to support at
http://support.xbox.com to make sure they communications ban on your account has now been lifted. From the link above, select the problem you'd like help with and then select "chat with Micosoft Support".

They tell me to communicate with you here and after you tell me to communicate with them ? it is a joke ? no one can help me reesolve this problem, the ban is lifted. What is that ? You don't want to help ? please refer me to someone higher so we can work
seriuosly to resolve the fact that microsoft broke my account.
