Still can't chat in game and party, beyond a joke now

I Recently received a communications ban from xbox live and now remain unable to talk to anyone both in games and party chat. This has been like this for a week now and still not fixed, I pay for a service and expect it to work, i get banned for some
choice words which is fair enough but you need to sort this out it is a joke.

Gun Disappearing issues

my guns are disappearing aswell even when i die or a new game starts they still are not coming back and i can't shoot either getting beyond a joke to be honest !!!!!

 

Mic not working (party chat)

This is quite possibly a joke around here at this point (my 2nd post here) but did they ever fix the mic not working in party chat to where you can hear your teammates but they can't hear you?

Done all the troubleshooting stuff I could find. Xbox still completely unusable since I don't play single player games and can't chat

 

I'm with you.... Xbox if you read this.... I'm about done paying for a service I can't use... I want my money back... selling my xbox and going to pc or Playstation since you all won't fix this and give us (me) the run around of the century
