Still cant change my gamer pic on Xbox

I’ve been trying to change my gamer picture since early April, but haven’t been able to. I did some research and found another post about this and it was answered saying that gamer pictures would be allowed to be changed in a couple weeks. Here we are a
couple months later and I still can’t change it. Anyone have any info on when I can expect to be able to change my gamer picture?

There is no ETA on when the feature will return. Most likely it won't be until things start to return to normal which could be months.

Oh and a reason why I no longer have my Xbox 360 gamer picture, is I messed around with avatar app on Xbox One exited without saving and now it's changed my gamer pic to what you see now. I can still change it though. However when I log in on my Xbox 360
slim console, my original Xbox 360 gamer pic is still there.

is there a reason i cant change my gamer pic? I was temp banned on my main account, but im not sure if that has a cause in why i cant change it. I have my other account and i also cannot change the gamer picture even though i didnt get reported or anything
like that. I dont know why its doing this, and if anyone has a possible solution, lemme know. I am above the age of 18, so that also cant be why.

There was also an issue with the Xbox App and allowing people to change their gamer pic on there a few days ago so this could be the same problem. Another thing you can do is go on your Microsoft OneDrive account and put whatever image it is that you’d like
to be your gamer pic and then apply it directly from your console!

How do you change your Xbox One gamer pic back to your Xbox 360 gamer pic? I changed mine for my clan and now I want my old Xbox 360 gamer pic back on showing my Xbox One. How do I do that?
