    I know there has been a issue lately. But 3 hours ago I was told it would be fixed within 30 minutes, its still not connecting. This is very frustrating! Whats going on? Why is it taking so long to fix this issue?

    i still cannot connect to xbox live cannot recover gamertag also. is any one still having these issues?

    I am unable to connect to xbox live on my xbox one although my gold membership is still valid. I can download games but cannot connect to xbox live and play online games. any solution

    They said they would update you every 30 minutes... with an automated message that has no real updates.

    Quite often a hard reboot will also resolve this issue, simply hold your finger on the on/off button for around 8-10 seconds (the light will go off) Then turn it back on.

    I have done all the steps required but it still says I cannot connect to Xbox Live.
