    So black friday sales was great, until microsoft since 2018 to now 2020 now triple charges on purchases.

    so no email and phone number from chat mode who answered was windows 10 nothing to fo with xbox.

    did get return phone calls from microsoft, but AGAIN WRONG DEPARTMENT WAS ONLY FOR WINDOWS 10, SPEND 2 PLUS HOURS WAITING FOR ANYONE TO ANSWER, LEFT MY PHONE NUMBER TO CALL BACK TOLD 8 MINUTES, 1 HOUR 22 MINUTES LATER HOT CALL BUT FROM AGAIN WRONG DEPARTMENT.

    MICROSOFT IS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT HANGS UP OD CUSTOMERS ASKING FOR SUPPORT.

    AND DIGITAL ITEMS PURCHASED GAMES REFUSES TO OPEN DUE TO MISSING CONTENT, WOW STILL UNACCEPTABLE.

    1) now 2020 now triple charges on purchases. content

    2) second content double charges

    3) game doubles charges

    nothing has change from microsoft since 2018 to now.

    as eng and game developer, pc, xbox. Apple, ps5

    to not see a real microsoft company to have a real phone number to call, not spend days and long hours on hold to be disconnected. Even when they do call you back to wait for technical door they want to send you too
    is dead end. AMD AND APPLE DO NOT DO THIS unacceptable stuff because they HAVE REAL CUSYOMER SUPPORT, NOT THIS FAKE MARKETING ****. REMEMBER YOU WANT TO RELAX AND PLAY A GAME, NOT BE ON HOLD ON FAKE NO SUPPORT MICROSOFT, IS NOT THE MICROSOFT I AM USED TO DEALING
    WITH PROFFESSIONALS. ARE YOU LISTENING MICROSOFT?

    THEY TOOK MONEY BUT I DIDN'T GET THE GAME

    I was double charged for one game and triple charged for another. I need this issue resolved asap please.

    I got charged twice for Game Pass PC

    I was first charged on April 18 when I first tried to pay for my due monthly subscription. It got charged on my bank but it was not updated as paid on Microsoft. Then I check again later to see they deducted it automatically but it was not confirmed as paid, that's the second charge.

    Now before this reply, I tried to risk a third deduction by paying it through the Microsoft site, it got "paid" but it didn't get deducted on my account. Now it shows next payment on May 13 as it should, but I'm still double charged for April.
