    Greeting,

    I'm posting to report a problem, i'm still being charged monthly, as the title says, while i canceled my subscription some time ago already. It's not a monthly levy per se, it just says in my bank account that i paid by card when i obviously didn't willfully.

    Any chance to check and resolve that problem please ? Answer by email only if you would, i'm not used to this page/forum and don't plan to be.

    You're still showing as Gold on the forums...

    (Note the colour of your Gamertag to the left.)

    Get in touch with Phone Support and hopefully they will be able to help you iron things out here.

    Banned Account Still being charged

    Hello

    My account was banned a week after thanks giving last year

    and my mom was paying for my account on there with her credit card

    So on Feb 28 my mom was charged 24.99$

    Please help

    Are you able to log into the account at commerce.microsoft.com and edit or remove your payment option linked with the account? Please let us know if that works for you!

    Additionally, are you at all still able to log into the account here at Xbox.com? Is it only suspended and not banned? If you can log into it, can you go to your account page and disable automatic renewal?
