Still being charged £6.99 for Xbox live when it's been cancelled.

Hi all, as the title suggests I've cancelled my xbox live subscription but am still being charged £6.99 a month for it. I've logged on and checked my subscriptions and it's clear I'm not signed up to anything as there is nothing to cancel. I can't seem to find any kind of support from Microsoft to look into it.

If anyone's had a similar issue and could help that would be much appreciated.
