    Still banned???


    I was recently banned from communications and gaming. Well yesterday was supposed to be the day that i’d be able to talk and game. Turns out i still can’t message even though when i go to my bans on xbox enforcement i have no active bans??? Someone please
    help!

    So I got this polite response about still waiting for gears of war 2,3, and judgment free downloads by playing it on xboxlive gold before dec 31 (which I did ): We've passed your information along to the proper teams. They will investigate your eligibility
    for this offer and, if you qualify, you will receive an Xbox Live message with further details.

    soooo.... When should I expect an actual answer? This is why we bought an Xbox one, and now more than 2 months later, I still have no answers. This is not an answer. Someone please let me know who is making this decision and when. I met the requirements,
    and it's been longer than 6-8 weeks. I am now REALLY worried that I am getting ***, and that's crap. Gamer tag is . Would appreciate a timely, actual answer this time, or someone live to contact.

    Please be reminded that Xbox Support can't help you with Enforcement Actions. They can only provide basic information such as the date/time of your suspension including the type of suspension you have. All other information can be found at Xbox Enforcement

    primary place for further information will be the Xbox Enforcement page
    while signed-in. You also have the option to check in with the phone or chat support team through the
    Contact Us page to inquire
    if there is an enforcement action still on your account and for how long. They can't assist with enforcement actions, however they should be able to let you know if there are other actions on your account.

    Still banned

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and
    from there file a case review if the ban is eligible for one. The enforcement team does not use the forums.

    Try this to see if it fixes the issue.

    First remove/delete your GT from the console you use.

    Power cycle the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds or until it turns off.

    Restart the console back up and the recover the GT back onto it.

    If your suspension is up and you still cannot communicate try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding
    the account.

    bans are lifted the same time of the day as they were placed, so if you were banned at 3pm it will be lifted at 3pm. so just keep trying if you are still banned on the 6th that would be a problem.
